For the health and safety of our community and staff, the Lakeville Public Library is closed until further notice.

In keeping with the Governor's stay at home advisory, our building is currently closed and we cannot offer any access to our physical collections or on-site services at this time. This is an unprecedented and ever changing situation and we ask for your patience as we determine the best way to serve you while also practicing and supporting the appropriate social distancing necessary for all of us.

With your library card, you can access hundreds of free online resources 24/7 including e-books, e-magazines, downloadable videos, music and audiobooks, databases, and more.

We have created a special "The Library @ Home" page that features links to our online collections, learning tools and virtual "programming" for you to use and enjoy during this time.

For patrons who have any checkouts that were due March 1st or later, the due dates will be extended to June 4th, so there is no need to return any materials to the Library during this time.

If your hold arrived at the library before we closed, and you did not have a chance to pick it up, we have extended the pickup date to May 15th.

These dates may be extended again as necessary.

We’re here for you. Library staff will still be working as best we can during this time. If you have any questions, leave a message at 508-947-9028, message us via our Facebook page, or send an email to: info@lakevillelibrary.org

We will continue to update our phone message, website, and Facebook with changes as we have them.

Thank you for your understanding and stay well.
